KASHI FR 8275-01

Technical protective gloves against mechanical and thermal risks. This model has added protection on the back of the user's hand, thanks to the placement of a protective lining in this area. The gloves are hydrophobic, oleophobic, and the user's comfort is ensured by a sophisticated anatomical cut with overstretched seams on the fingertips.

Description

Upper material:

  • Back: Resistant textile with reduced flammability with hydrophobic and oleophobic treatment.
  • Palm and interstitial: Elastic Para-aramid/Polyamide knit with silicone coating.

Reinforcement:

  • Protection of the knuckles on the back of the hand against abrasion and impact - Kevlar®/Polyamide with FR coating backed with foam.
  • The reinforcement between the thumb and index finger made of Kevlar® fabric with FR coating overlaps the side seams, thanks to the high resistance to abrasion increases the durability of the glove.

Lining:

  • Palm and back: Para-aramid / Polyester / fiberglass knit lining - high cut resistance.
  • Cuff: Non-flammable inner FR knitted material preventing the penetration of dirt into the glove.

Cut resistant intermediate layer:

  • Palm: 100% aramid non-woven fabric.

Cuff:

  • Evo – Elastic cuff finished with a rubber band against dirt.

Technologies

Care & Maintence

Choose a more ecological short washing program at 40 °C. Wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C if you need to disinfect the gloves or they are extremely dirty.

Procedure

Remove coarse dirt after each use.
Before washing, fasten the Velcro fasteners and remove the snaps.
Use a liquid detergent. Wash on a short programme.
To make the glove fit better: Shape the glove several times after washing and during drying.
Do not dry in direct sunlight or heat sources, do not use a tumble dryer.
Store the gloves in a dry environment.

Washing Gel

Washing gel is natural based for leather and textile gloves with high washing efficiency.
It reduces bacteria, does not pollute the environment and is fully biodegradable.

 

Holík impregnation

Highly effective impregnating spray for leather and textiles. The fluorocarbon based impregnation adds water repellency, oil repellency and anti-chafing to the face of the glove while leaving the product breathable. The impregnation is applied to the dry product in a thin layer and allowed to dry for a minimum of 12 hours.
