Low-cut firefighter boots at the lower end of category "C", equipped with Holík’s special technologies that radically increase all-day comfort and wearability – all while maintaining maximum safety, extreme performance, and distinctive design. Developed in cooperation with firefighters and tested by firefighters.

Membrane

Description

Material:

  • Shark 2,2 - 2,4 mm + Apache + Nomex with ceramic coating

Membrane:

  • PU membrane + 4-layer Yuma Black
  • Additional option with PES membrane

Upper material:

  • Combined upper made of hydrophobic leather, available in three thickness options: 2.0–2.2 / 2.2–2.4 / 2.4–2.6 mm.
  • Option of a full-leather version, without textile combination.
  • Ankle protection – integrated into the inner construction of the upper for greater comfort.
  • Reflective elements placed on the upper so they remain visible and effective even when wearing turnout gear.
  • GRIP System – large loops at the top of the boots for easy donning and comfortable handling even when wearing gloves, enhanced with a reflective element.
  • The entire upper is padded to increase user comfort.
  • The top edge is folded and padded to prevent pressure marks and chafing.
  • The front, side, and rear parts of the boot in the flex zones are padded and made of flexible leather/textile, providing higher comfort in use while ensuring maximum protection.
  • High resistance to radiant heat.

Lining:

  • PU membrane & 4-layer Yuma Black lining.
  • Also available in a 4-layer lining variant with a PES membrane (for maximum durability in extreme environments).
  • Provides high abrasion resistance and maximum breathability in both versions.

Toe cap:

  • NANO composite toe cap, made of multiple layers of laminated fiberglass fabric coated with a resin paste containing modified carbon nanotubes. It is lightweight and exceptionally impact-resistant.

Toe protection:

  • Protective rubber toe guard, heat-resistant up to 250°C.
  • Two-tone design.

Heel protection:

  • Rubber heel guard with ribs for comfortable and quick removal.
  • Two-tone design (the model is also available without the rubber component).

Antiperforation insole:

  • Composite textiles with puncture-resistant technology.
  • Puncture resistance for PL (Puncture resistance, Laminated sole) and PS (Puncture resistance, Steel sole).

Removable inner sole:

AdaptFIT Insole Technology with interchangeable insoles. Three types of standard anatomical insoles are available:

  • Type 1: Insole for high instep. Thinnest. Material: 600 g felt, KNITOX (99% polyester, 1% carbon fiber).
  • Type 2: Insole for medium instep (standard insole). 5.5 mm PolyEVAc wedge. Material: 600 g felt, LATEX Memory, KNITOX (99% polyester, 1% carbon fiber).
  • Type 3: Insole for low instep. 6.5 mm PolyEVAc wedge. Thickest. Material: 600 g felt, LATEX Memory, KNITOX (99% polyester, 1% carbon fiber).

Sole EXPLORER:

  • specially developed Holik's EXPLORER rubber sole
  • Zones with special tread pattern & self-cleaning design
  • Antistatic, slip-resistant, resistant to oils, acids & fuels
  • Heat resistant up to 250 °C
  • Shock absorber in the heel area integrated into the sole

Other information:

  • Waterproof footwear – tested for 500,000 bending cycles
  • Water column – 2 cm from the end of the sole
  • TwinGuard – heel and toe protection enhanced with ribs for easier removal
  • QuickZIP – combination of large loops (GRIP System) and zipper allows very fast donning for minimal reaction time
  • HEEL Lock System – locks the foot in the shoe even if fastenings are not fully closed; the shoe design ensures the upper fits the heel and secures the foot and shoe as a whole
  • ErgoFit PRO - The softened upper, padded edges, and vulcanized ankle support prevent chafing, swelling, and blisters. The footwear provides the highest possible comfort while maintaining maximum protection.

TrueFOOT last

  • Thanks to the proprietary TrueFOOT comfort last – a three-dimensional form that defines the shape of the footwear based on anthropometric measurements and systematic research – the shoe design responds to the physiological needs of the wearer’s foot.
  • Very comfortable and stable sole – the last was developed based on measurements of firefighters’ feet, providing sufficient width in the toe and toe joint areas.
  • Provides ample space in the toe and heel areas. This design ensures proper blood circulation in the foot, helping to prevent coldness or foot deformation.

Care & Maintenance

Wir empfehlen, Textil- und Lederteile von Hand mit geeigneten Reinigungsmitteln für Feuerwehrstiefel zu reinigen, z. B. mit dem Waschmittel F5 oder dem aktiven Reinigungsschaum F15. Diese Mittel sorgen für eine gründliche Reinigung von mittelstarken bis starken Verschmutzungen der Schuhe nach dem Gebrauch, ohne die Farbe und die wasserabweisenden Eigenschaften der Textil- und Lederteile der Schuhe zu beeinträchtigen.

 
ANWEISUNGEN ZUR REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE VON SCHUHEN

Entfernen von Komponenten:

  • Achten Sie beim Ausbau von Komponenten darauf, dass die Umgebung (Gegenstände und Personen) nicht kontaminiert wird.
  • Verwenden Sie immer geeignete Einweg-Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA) wie Gesichtsmasken und Handschuhe.
  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie geeignete Behälter oder Beutel zum Sammeln kontaminierter Gegenstände zur Verfügung haben. Dies hilft, die Ausbreitung der Kontamination auf umliegende Bereiche oder Gegenstände zu verhindern.
  • Achten Sie auf alles, was Sie beim Umgang mit potenziell kontaminierten Geräten berühren. Im Falle einer versehentlichen Kontamination dekontaminieren Sie den betroffenen Bereich sofort und gründlich.

Vorbereitung für den Reinigungsprozess:

  • Bereiten Sie eine grobe Bürste für starke Verschmutzungen, eine Reinigungsbürste für die Reinigung mit Schaum, einen Behälter für die Reinigungslösung, eine Reinigungslösung, eine Desinfektionslösung, HOLÍK IMPREGNIERSPRAY und HOLÍK EMULSION vor.
  • Sorgen Sie für eine gute Belüftung des Raumes.
  • Legen Sie persönliche Schutzausrüstung an.

Reinigungsprozess:

  • Schnüren Sie die Schuhe auf und öffnen Sie sie so weit wie möglich.
  • Entfernen Sie grobe Verschmutzungen mit einer Bürste und Wasser.
  • Bereiten Sie die Reinigungslösung F15 in einem geeigneten Behälter vor. Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf der Verpackung. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Lösung gut schäumt.
  • Sprühen Sie die Schuhe von außen und innen mit der vorbereiteten Lösung ein, Stelle für Stelle.
  • Lassen Sie den Schaum 15 Minuten einwirken.
  • Reinigen Sie die besprühten Stellen nach Ablauf dieser Zeit mit einer Bürste.
  • Spülen Sie die Schuhe von beiden Seiten gründlich mit warmem Wasser ab.
  • Füllen Sie die Schuhe bis zum oberen Rand mit heißem Wasser (ca. 50 °C) und lassen Sie es 5 Minuten einwirken.
  • Entfernen Sie das Wasser aus den Schuhen und nehmen Sie die Einlegesohlen heraus. Spülen Sie sowohl die Einlegesohlen als auch das Innere der Schuhe gründlich mit Wasser ab.
  • Entfernen Sie überschüssiges Wasser.
  • Sprühen Sie die Einlegesohlen und den gesamten Schuh mit einer Desinfektionslösung ein. Verwenden Sie Incidin Liquid und lassen Sie es 2 Minuten einwirken.
  • Lassen Sie die Schuhe und Einlegesohlen abtropfen und an der Luft trocknen.
  • Tragen Sie EMULZE HOLÍK auf das getrocknete Leder auf.
  • Trocknen Sie die Schuhe im Trockner bei einer Temperatur von 40–50 °C.
  • Sprühen Sie zum Schluss IMPREGNAČNÍ SPREJ HOLÍK auf die trockenen Schuhe und lassen Sie sie trocknen.

 

PFLEGE UND LAGERUNG

  • Behandeln Sie Schuhe immer in sauberem und trockenem Zustand. Verwenden Sie für Schuhe die SCHWARZE SCHUHCREME HOLÍK für glattes Leder (nicht für Textil!). Anschließend empfehlen wir die Verwendung des IMPREGNIERSPRAYS HOLÍK, das die wasserabweisende Wirkung von Membranschuhen insgesamt unterstützt. Lagern Sie die Schuhe nach der Pflege trocken, sauber und gut belüftet. Verwenden Sie die Creme nicht auf nassem oder feuchtem Leder. Diese Pflege empfehlen wir in der Zeit zwischen professioneller Reinigung und Pflege.
