This dual-layer model combines the warmth of an insulated mitten with the precision of a full-finger glove hidden underneath. Simply unzip the outer shell to access radios, weapons, GPS devices and other tools without sacrificing protection or dexterity. The mitten features high-performance insulation on the backhand and a soft, thermal lining throughout the palm. A long, adjustable cuff fits easily over jacket sleeves for added coverage and weather resistance.

Description

UPPER MATERIAL:

  • Back: 3 layer laminate (softshell) 100% PES / 100% PU membrane / 100% PES.
  • Palm: water-repellent goatskin.

INNER MATERIAL:

  • Insulation: 100% nonwoven PES.
  • Lining: 100% PES with HPV (laminated membrane) bonding.

REINFORCEMENT:

  • Leather reinforcement area of thumb prolonging lifespan of the mitten.

CUFF:

  • Long: Extended cuff, allowing the user to fit it well over the jacket sleeve.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Width adjustable strap in the wrist area.
  • Width adjustable elastic strap at the end of cuff.
  • Elastic in wrist area of the palm ensuring secure fit.
  • Anatomically shaped.
  • Polyamide strap for fastening of the gloves around wrist.

Care & Maintenance

We recommend hand washing at 35°C.

 

PROCEDURE:

  • Remove coarse dirt after each use. Before washing, fasten the Velcro fasteners and remove the snaps. Use a liquid detergent. Wash on a short programme.

 

TO MAKE THE GLOVE FIT BETTER:

  • Shape the glove several times after washing and during drying. Do not dry in direct sunlight or heat sources, do not use a tumble dryer. Store the gloves in a dry environment.

 

RECOMMENDED USE:

 

  • Holík Washing Gel: The washing gel is natural based for leather and textile gloves with high washing efficiency. It reduces bacteria, does not pollute the environment and is fully biodegradable (Eco-Friendly). Always use rubber protective gloves when hand washing.

 

  • Holík Emulsion: The Holík emulsion protects against water, oil, dirt and revives the colour. Adding fat to the leather prevents the leather from hardening during drying. The emulsion is intended as a nourishment for leather products. For easy use, you will also find a sponge in the package for easy application.

 

  • Impregnation spray Holík: A highly effective impregnating spray for leather and textiles that protects against moisture, water, oil and dirt while maintaining the breathability of the material. Apply the impregnation in a thin layer on dry product and allow to dry for at least 12 hours.
