Who we are?
We are a Czech company engaged in the production and development of gloves, footwear and medical devices. Our success in these fields is built on the combination of traditional and proven processes complemented by modern technologies.
The combination of these two approaches, together with an emphasis on innovation, continues to push our products
to the next level and in less than 30 years we have become a global leader in the firefighting, rescue, police, military and medical environments.
Every year we participate in dozens of domestic and international trade fairs, where we successfully present our products, which we export to 64 countries around the world.
Our long-term partners include fire and rescue services in the USA, Germany, Austria, Taiwan and South America. The tactical gloves are used by armies and police forces in Austria, France, Great Britain and Singapore.
The production itself is carried out under strict European standards and is primarily concentrated in our own workshops where the finished piece undergoes a multi-stage quality control.

Firefighting and Rescue
Emergency gloves for firefighters are an essential element of Holík International's efforts to build its own brand internationally.
The gloves are manufactured in 3 product lines - all-textile, all-leather and combined gloves; in long, short and Compact cuff versions.
Rescue gloves are designed for the work of firefighters and rescue workers in technical interventions.
Rescue footwear for firefighters is an integral part of Holík's firefighting program. They are made of cowhide leather with a hydrophobic finish and are offered in a version with a 3-layer
or 4-layer lining, with or without Sympatex® membrane.
Defence
Holík gloves meet the current needs of 21st century military and police forces and are fully compatible with NATO equipment.
The emphasis is on protecting the wearer in extreme conditions. In the production of these gloves, we use special textile, functional materials and treated natural leather. We supply these products to the armies of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, France, and Germany.
The gloves are developed and tested on the basis of individual requirements of each military and police force.
Medical
The healthcare segment is an essential part of the company's strategy where we honor our slogan "Your safety comes first". Among firefighters and rescue responders, complementary products such as face masks and disposable gloves have started to be used in recent years in addition to gloves. Disposable face masks from Holík are tested according to EN 14683:2019+AC:2019, providing high filtration efficiency, excellent breathability, comfort, and quality assurance.

Our company develops, manufactures and sells products that serve primarily to protect the health of their users in hazardous conditions. Therefore, quality is the main pillar of our company. This is reflected not only in the product processing itself, but also in the company culture. Our employees are professionals and are considered important members of our team. Red Dot Award 2018, Category Product Design - we got this award with our unique product SensPro®.
Winner of Smart&Fire 2016 – as part of the team of the Regional Innovation Centre of Electrical Engineering (RICE) of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, we won the international award in Brussels.
Company of the Year 2013 in Zlín Region - in the national shortlist we took the beautiful 2nd place.
